2026
  • Select site, develop the architectural design, and prepare costing for the purpose-built WIHAS campus.
  • Begin the second Medical Dispenser class.
  • Launch the two-year Ophthalmic Technicians course.
  • Start the pilot Home Health Care Providers program.
2027
  • Initiate construction of the new WIHAS infrastructure.
  • Explore collaboration with a foreign institute for accreditation and graduate placement.
  • Finalize detailed syllabus and begin the Home Health Care Providers course.
2028
  • Complete construction of the new WIHAS building and shift operations to the new facility.
  • Strengthen both local and foreign institutional collaborations.
  • Review program progress and consider applying for affiliation with the Pakistan Nursing and Dental Council.

  • Expand international and local collaborations.
  • Introduce the two-year Lab Technicians course.

Capex Note: The WIHAS development plan allocates PKR 50M for the 2027 construction of a 10,000 sq ft facility.
